Shipping

• I ship all orders within the Netherlands only.

• Standard shipping cost: €3.99 per order.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery Time

Average delivery times:

• Original artworks: 2–5 business days

• Art prints and other products: 5–10 business days

These delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed deadlines.
Delivery begins once the order has been fully completed and you have received an order confirmation by email.

Exceeding the estimated delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless delivery also fails to occur within 21 days after the customer has requested in writing that the order be delivered.

Receiving Your Order

The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery can take place at the address provided.

Damaged Packaging

If the package appears opened or damaged upon delivery:

• Ask the courier to record this in writing before accepting the package.

• Without such a note, SIMONE ANN ART cannot be held liable for transport-related damage.

If the customer arranges their own transport, any visible damage to the product or packaging must be reported beforetransport begins.

Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

Private customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that:

• The product has not been used

• The product is not a commissioned artwork

• The product has not been customised to the customer's wishes

• The customer has not waived the right of withdrawal

The cooling-off period starts on the day after the customer receives the (last) item of their order.

After notifying your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
If the product is not returned within this period, the right of withdrawal expires.

Refunds

If the purchase is eligible for reimbursement under Dutch law:

• The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after a valid withdrawal notice is received, provided the product has been returned in time.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• This also applies if the entire order is returned.
